I was very pleased with all things that related to this engagement shoot. First of all the weather was a perfect overcast sky with just a few sunrays shining through. Second of all, I was shooting with my new Shootsac, which turned out to be pretty comfortable. Third, Laeti and Max were awesome and photographing them was a SO much fun. Here are a bunch of my favorite images.
LOVE Laeti’s smile in this one… gorgeous!
The arrow… it just seemed to fit when I saw it and I couldn’t resist playing around it just a little bit.
Black and white images to warm my heart : )
I was thrilled about our first “prop” – the bench. Because it was so absurd and because you had to climb up to actually sit on it, I think it served as a great aid for relaxation.
And then… we found the bubble guy. I love the blur and fun coloring it brings into the image.
I tried to stay on track with the actual engagement shoot although the bubbles were very distracting.
And the bubble burst. I think this image excites me the most from the whole photoshoot.
A classic bonding moment in black and white.
I loved Laeti’s dainty-esque foot cross in contrast to Maxes confident lean, and how the tan of their shoe leather played together.
A little more black and white action.
My second favorite photo from the shoot.
